Reese’s Peanut Butter Cake available at Williams-Sonoma
Make your own! (or similar). I’ve made it twice so far and tastes exactly like a giant Reese’s peanut butter cup.
Crust: Oreo crumbs and 1/4 cup butter melted.
Filling: 1/2 cup and a spoonful of smooth peanut butter, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1tbsp butter, 1/2 cup and a spoonful of whipping cream, 1/2 tbsp vanilla
Ganash: 1 cup whipping cream, 1 cup chocolate chips semi sweet.
Blend Oreos and butter and press into a spring form pan, bake at 300 for 3-5 mins. Let cool.
Soften cream cheese at room temperature. In a food processor, blend cream cheese until no longer lumpy, add rest of ingredients for filling and blend until smooth.
Melt Ganash chocolate over double boiler, mix with cream until well blended. The chocolate and cream have to be even amounts or the chocolate will not harden.
Pour a a layer of Ganash over Oreo crust and let harden in fridge. (You can skip this step if you like, it also tastes great with the filling just on the Oreo). Add the filling and top with the rest of the ganash. Let harden in fridge. Remove spring form pan and eat the entire damn pie.
